All students from Ukraine can continue their studies in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

Children and young people arriving from Ukraine to Estonia due to the Russian military invasion have the opportunity to continue their education in the following educational institutions:

  • kindergartens;
  • secondary schools for children and youth;
  • secondary schools, vocational schools, higher educational institutions of applied sciences and universities;
  • special-interest schools, secondary schools and open youth centers where children aged 7 years and older study;
  • open youth centers and youth organizations for people aged 7-26.

As families arriving from the armed conflict zone, there are those who are coming to Estonia only during the war and want to return to their homeland as soon as possible, and those who plan to stay in Estonia for a longer period, those receiving education are given the opportunity to study for short-term and long-term programs.

In order to adapt students to the educational process, teaching materials are offered in Ukrainian.
