Białystok University of Technology invites 2 teachers to participate in Erasmus+ International Staff Week in June 2025

The partner of Poltava Polytechnic, Białystok University of Technology (Poland), invites 2 academic staff members to participate in Erasmus+ International Staff Week (ISW) during 9-13 June, 2025.

For whom:

  • For academic staff and representatives of Poltava Polytechnic administration.

Type of mobility: teaching mobility (within the framework of the mobility programme, one has to deliver 8 hours of lectures in English), training mobility (participation in all ISW events and in the discussion of double degree programmes).

Number of positions: 2 (1—academic staff member—teaching mobility, 1—administration representative—training mobility)

Duration of mobility: 1 week

Dates of mobility: 9-13 June 2025 (+ travel).

Language of communication: English (for teaching mobility), Polish (for training mobility), B2/C1 level.

Application deadline: 13 February 2025.

English language test—14 February 2025 at 08.30, room 318 C and 325 C (in case of air raid alert—A-building shelter).

Preliminary programme of International Staff Week

Financial information:

As part of the mobility programme, participants will be reimbursed for travel expenses and receive a grant for accommodation and meals.

What documents are required for participation?

  • Scanned copy of the passport (first spread, pdf format)
  • CV in English or Polish (in PDF format with a photo, no more than 2 pages)
  • Motivation letter in English or Polish (up to 1 page, pdf format)
  • Passport size photo (.jpg)
  • Certificate of the English / Polish language proficiency (if any)

Documents that do not comply with the requirements will not be accepted.

In accordance with the requirements of the Erasmus+ programme and the agreement between the universities, preference will be given to candidates with disabilities, provided that the level of English/Polish and correspondence to the mobility direction are equal.

It should be noted that Poltava Polytechnic teachers can participate in academic mobility programmes and internships, and students of Poltava Polytechnic have the opportunity to study abroad under the grant programmes of credit academic mobility for a semester or a whole academic year at the leading universities of Austria, Greenland, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Finland, and the Czech Republic.
