“We must isolate the Russian Federation from the rest of the civilized world. I am grateful to the international educational organizations that support us in this decision, depriving the Russian Federation of membership and banning any activities on its territory. This country has no morals and values, it does not deserve access to European education,” – pointed out Minister of Education and Science Serhii Shkarlet.
In its letter, the organization noted: “Ukraine is a priority country for the European Union and the EFE, thus we will not conduct any bilateral or regional activities in Russia and Belarus”.
The European Foundation for Education expresses its full solidarity with Ukraine and its people. Immediately after the end of the war, the EFE plans to intensify cooperation with Ukraine. The organization will do everything possible to accelerate the development and strengthening of vocational education in Ukraine.
It should be recalled that the Coursera and EdX educational platforms terminate their cooperation with the Russian Federation.
