Future specialists learn about the possibilities of successful employment at the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Poltava Region

High quality of education and close cooperation with the stakeholders in order to train the graduates competitively in the modern labour market are the credo of innovative scientific and educational activities of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”.

Within the framework of the agreement on scientific and educational cooperation between the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” and the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Poltava Region, final-year students of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law met with the Head of the HR Department of the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Poltava Region Volodymyr Lytvynenko.

During the conversation, the stakeholder noted the high level of training of Poltava Polytechnic graduates, who are already working at the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Poltava region, and invited future professionals of the financial and economic sphere to join the young qualified innovative team of the State Tax Service.

Following Volodymyr Lytvynenko’s detailed presentation on the peculiarities and procedure of work in the State Tax Service, the structure of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Poltava Region, and the ethical standards of tax inspector’s activities, the students had the opportunity to ask the most pressing questions. In this regard, the participants were particularly interested in the employment procedure, the conditions of civil service in the tax authorities of Ukraine and career opportunities in tax institutions.

On behalf of the scientific and pedagogical staff together with the students of Poltava Polytechnic, Deputy Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Yevheniia Karpenko thanked the employees of the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Poltava Region for their comprehensive support of the initiatives, the involvement of highly qualified specialists in the educational process and their active participation in the successful employment of university graduates.

Earlier, the future public managers and logisticians deepened their knowledge of administrative services at the Taxpayer Service Centre of the State Tax Inspection in Poltava, the future lawyers deepened their knowledge of tax legislation by getting acquainted with the work of the Taxpayer Service Centre of the State Tax Inspection in Poltava, and the future professionals improved their skills in working with accounting reports at the Taxpayer Service Centre of the State Tax Inspection in Poltava, and got acquainted with the activities of the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Poltava Region.

Recently, a Polytechnic scientist finished an international internship at the University of South Bohemia, another scientist of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law improved her financial management skills by taking a training course at TG Consulting, and future professionals learned about ways to counteract money laundering by considering the cases of a banking institution.
