The blue and yellow flags proudly flying above our University are a sacred symbol for every student and teacher. They serve as a talisman, reminding us of our glorious history and the significant contribution that Poltava Polytechnic makes to the development of Ukrainian education and science, despite all the challenges.
Our flag has special significance today. We see it on the chevrons of our brave soldiers who are currently defending Ukraine's independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity. It is a symbol of their courage and resilience. The yellow and blue flag is painted by our youngest students from “Mr. Leader” University Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children, expressing their childlike faith in a peaceful future. Under this flag, our students from the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports compete for prizes in national and international competitions, glorifying our country.
The Day of the National Flag of Ukraine is an important event that brings together Ukrainians around the world every year, filling their hearts with pride in belonging to the great and indomitable Ukrainian people. May the National Flag of Ukraine always be a source of inspiration for us, and may our love for our homeland lead us to new achievements!
