I congratulate you on Constitution Day of Ukraine!
The adoption of the Constitution established the legal foundations of independent Ukraine, its sovereignty and territorial integrity, became an important step in ensuring human and citizen rights, contributed to the further increase of Ukraine’s international authority on the world stage, and now we have once again established ourselves as a modern European state.
The Ukrainian Constitution reflects such fundamental values of our state as freedom, justice, democracy, rule of law.
Our fundamental law is the basis of life and development of Ukraine and its people.
This is what the enemy wants to take away from us, destroying us physically. After all, these values are foreign to the aggressor.
It is also trying to take away the right to education enshrined in Article 53 of the Fundamental Law. In Ukraine, everyone has the right to education.
Even attempts to destroy educational institutions will not break the spirit of our educators and youth!
