After the discussion about the role of youth leadership and the opportunities for the youth of the region, the best leaders of the youth councils and student representatives were noted by the head of the Department of Youth and Sports of the Poltava Regional Military Administration Maryna Trokhymenko and the head of the Council of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of the Poltava Region, the rector of the Poltava Polytechnic, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
The head of the Department of Youth and Sports of the Poltava RMA Maryna Trokhymenko wished the youth health, success and the formation of the youth’s face that will be identical to their communities, regions and the Ukrainian nation.
“I am sure that in the Poltava region there are still many enterprising young people who are changing their communities and cities for the better, and they are certainly worthy of recognition and sincere gratitude for their contribution!

For active participation in the development of the youth space of the Poltava region, initiative and perseverance in the implementation of new projects, determination, courage and indomitability, a significant personal contribution to bringing Victory of Ukraine closer and on the occasion of the International Youth Day, the rector’s Citations were presented to:

- Tetiana Nosul – deputy head of the youth council at the executive committee of the Omelnyk Village Council;

The head of the Department of Youth and Sports of the Poltava RMA Maryna Trokhymenko awarded the staff of the Poltava Polytechnic with a Citation “For supporting youth initiatives and creating conditions for the implementation of youth ideas and projects, long-term cooperation and on the occasion of Youth Day”.
It should be recalled that before the International Youth Day, a meeting of youth leaders of the Poltava Region was held at the Polytechnic, and recently the rector of the Poltava Polytechnic congratulated the first-year students enrolled in the state-budget form, the student-athletes became multi-medallists of the 2023 World Parasailing Championship.
Previously, Poltava Polytechnic became the most popular Poltava university among applicants.
