On December 7, as a result of a series of official meetings, agreements were reached and an agreement was signed with the Chinese company China-Shandong Yuanxiang Education Information Consulting Co, which will represent the interests of the university in enrolling citizens of the People's Republic of China to study in more than 100 educational programs.
National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" started scientific and educational cooperation with the Chinese company China-Shandong Yuanxiang Education Information Consulting Co, which became the only authorized structure of Poltava Polytechnic in mainland China for online recruitment of Chinese students and training using the online dist.nupp.edu.ua platform.
To attract Chinese students to study at the Poltava Polytechnic, some negotiations and conferences were held, during which the management and teams of educational institutions discussed priority areas of further cooperation in the field of education and science.
The director of China-Shandong Yuanxiang Education Information Consulting Co Zhao Ming, as well as specialists Shen Yin and Liu Yin, became the main members of the representative office.
The agreement, which initiates fruitful cooperation with the Chinese company, was signed by the First Vice-Rector, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Economic Development of Poltava Polytechnic Olena Filonych. Due to the introduction of martial law and active hostilities on the territory of our country, the ceremony of signing the agreement was held online.
Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Germanic Philology and Translation of the Poltava Polytechnic Oksana Vorobiova provided simultaneous translation for the participants of the meeting.
Before signing the agreement, the parties presented their achievements and discussed priority areas of activity in the field of providing quality educational services in those specialties that will appeal to Chinese students.
It should be recalled that Poltava Polytechnic has a number of agreements on scientific and educational cooperation and partnership with leading universities of Great Britain, the United States of America and more than 20 EU countries, within the framework of which academic exchanges, long-term and short-term academic mobility programs for student youth are implemented. University delegations visited Beijing and partner universities with working trips.
Previously, the student of the Educational and Research Institute of Oil and Gas of the Poltava Polytechnic studied for a master's degree under the government program of the People's Republic of China at Southwest Jiaotong University.
