Partner of Poltava Polytechnic – “1 DECEMBRIE 1918” University of Alba Iulia invites 7 students of the II-V years of studying at the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law, the Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics, and the Faculty of Philology, Psychology and Pedagogy to participate in the Erasmus+ KA171 grant programme of credit academic mobility in the autumn semester of the academic year 2024/2025.
Participants of the mobility programme will receive a scholarship of EUR 1050 per month for 5 months.
The language of tuition is English (B2/C1 level).

Candidates who wish to participate in the programme must successfully pass the English language test and interview. In addition, they will need to prepare the above-mentioned package of documents, which will need to be included in the application. A motivation letter and curriculum vitae (CV) are to be submitted in English.
Before applying to the International Relations Department of Poltava Polytechnic, students are recommended to consult with the teachers of their graduating department about the correspondence of the courses offered by the Romanian university to the subjects of the study programme.
Only adult students who have a valid (at least until March 2025) foreign passport, high academic performance and a B2/C1 level of English can participate in the exchange programme.
Students who have already participated in the Erasmus+ credit academic mobility programme at the “1 DECEMBRIE 1918” University of Alba Iulia are not eligible for the competition.
Both students who are in Ukraine and those students of Poltava Polytechnic who are currently abroad are allowed to participate in the competition.
According to the requirements of the Erasmus+ programme and the agreement between the universities, the preference will be given to students from low-income families, students with small children, students with disabilities, students who were adopted, students with chronic diseases or other special health-related needs, provided that the academic performance and English language skills are equal.
The selection of candidates will also take into account any social, volunteer, educational, scientific initiatives, programmes, projects in which the candidate has participated.
Insurance: all selected students participating in the exchange programme are required to purchase health insurance for the entire period of study in Romania after being selected and receiving an invitation letter from the host country. The funds spent on insurance are not reimbursed.
Important! After the selection of the applicants by Poltava Polytechnic, the coordinator of the International Relations Department of University “1 DECEMBRIE 1918” University of Alba Iulia will conduct a remote interview with the candidates.
When selecting the participants of the programme, the final decision is made by the “1 DECEMBRIE 1918” University of Alba Iulia.
