The Ukraine Global Faculty project is underway for students, postgraduate students and teachers of Ukrainian higher education institutions, in the framework of which foreign professors from leading universities, top experts and entrepreneurs will give online lectures to the Ukrainian audience.

On January 19, 2023, the lecture "Chaos and Complexity: Modeling Crisis Management in the 2020s" will be held as part of the project. The speaker is David Rubens, Executive Director of the Institute for Strategic Risk Management (London, UK).

The structures that defined and supported strategic risk and crisis management after the end of World War II are no longer strong or robust enough to model, engage, or respond to current crisis events. This lecture examines some of the issues related to understanding current crisis events, and the speaker will analyze the approaches needed to prepare for and respond effectively to them.

The event starts at 15:00 Kyiv time, the duration is 90 minutes. The language of the lecture is English with simultaneous translation into Ukrainian. To get free access to the online lectures, one needs to register on the event webpage.

Earlier, a competition for grants for student youth under the "Scholarship in Ukraine" program was announced, the schedule of "Clarivate" webinars for scientists for the first quarter of 2023 was published, and a competition for institutional support of youth public organizations was announced.
