The guests visited the very heart of the University – the Admissions Committee. They were impressed by the work of this structural unit: the University’s Admissions Committee team works in the most intensive mode; hundreds of applications from entrants are received every day, and the team works smoothly and efficiently.
Vitalii Vitryk and Vadym Stohnii discussed key areas of development and issues of improving the quality of educational services with the University staff. Particular attention was paid to the 2025 admission campaign, which is currently in its most active phase.

The Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Bohdan Korobko, presented the interim results, noting the significant interest of applicants in Poltava Polytechnic and the high number of applications submitted. These results once again confirm that Poltava Polytechnic is among the leaders among Ukrainian higher education institutions.

During the meeting, the status of the European Investment Bank’s project “Higher Education in Ukraine. Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development” was discussed. The importance of this project for improving the energy efficiency of the University’s infrastructure and creating comfortable living conditions for students was emphasized. The issues of student accommodation in dormitories for the new academic year, ensuring adequate living conditions, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for living and studying were also considered.

The Supervisory Board highly appreciated the dynamic development of Poltava Polytechnic and the well-coordinated work of the University team.
Vitalii Vitryk, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, noted: “It is impressive that the University not only provides quality education but also cares about proper conditions for students. It is especially important that military personnel come to study at Poltava Polytechnic, where they feel supported. Today, Poltava Polytechnic plays a major role in providing high-quality education in person – in classrooms and in a constantly evolving community.”
