Members of the newly elected Academic Council of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” considered the issue of awarding academic titles of professor and associate professor to scientists of the Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics, the Educational and Research Institute of Oil and Gas, and the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law, Educational and Research Institute of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Land Management.
Vice-Rector for Scientific, Pedagogical and Educational Work Anatolii Martynenko presented the achievements of applicants for the award of academic titles.
“Scientists of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” are constantly working on professional improvement, and the Academic Council, in turn, encourages and timely reviews the achievements of colleagues who meet all the requirements for the awarding of academic titles.
At the meeting of the newly elected Academic Council, five scientists were considered and supported at once. It was very pleasant to listen to speeches in support of scientists from authoritative colleagues-professors! Soon, we will congratulate our colleagues on receiving the relevant documents certifying their scientific and professional achievements!” – commented the chairman of the Academic Council, rector of the university Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
The Academic Council supported the application to award the academic titles of professor and associate professor to five scientists of the Polytechnic:
- Alla Kapiton – academic title of Professor of the Department of Computer and Information Technologies and Systems;
- Oksana Demchenko – academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Construction and Civil Engineering;
- Oksana Furmanchuk – academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Banking and Taxation;
- Oleksandr Matiash – academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Drilling and Geology;
- Viktoriia Rubel – academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Oil and Gas Engineering and Technologies.
Earlier, scientists of the Poltava Polytechnic received certificates of academic title and diplomas of full members of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine, six teachers of the Polytechnic received awards from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the professional holiday, and more than fifty scientists of the Polytechnic and colleges were recognized for their high achievements at the regional level.
