Due to Russia's barbaric and brutal invasion of Ukraine along with military actions against the people of Ukraine, the World Bank Group is immediately suspending all its programs in the Russian Federation and Belarus.
The World Bank also reaffirmed its readiness to provide immediate assistance to Ukraine and began to develop various options for such support instruments, including accelerated financing mechanisms.
It should be recalled that Russian universities may be excluded from international rankings, and Ukrainians abroad are holding rallies demanding that NATO close the sky over Ukraine.
