Foreigners may be admitted to study in person and/or remotely.
Documents for admission from foreigners are accepted in paper form or in accordance with the procedure for remote admission of foreign citizens.
For admission or renewal to the University, foreigners personally submit the following documents (translated into Ukrainian):
1) an invitation to study at the University (or the original letter of non-objection from another educational institution of Ukraine, at the invitation of which the foreigner came to study in Ukraine);
2) a questionnaire of the established form;
3) an application of the established form;
4) a valid passport with a type D visa and a photocopy of all filled pages of the passport, for countries with a visa-free regime - copies of all pages of the passport;
5) a notarized translation of the passport from all languages in which it is written into Ukrainian;
6) the original document on complete general secondary education or basic higher education, as well as supplements to the document on education containing information on academic achievement in academic disciplines. Educational documents must be apostilled or legalized in accordance with applicable law;
7) a notarized translation of the educational document and its supplement into Ukrainian (original and photocopy);
8) if available, a certificate of completion the preparatory department for foreigners of higher educational institutions of Ukraine and a photocopy thereof;
9) a voluntary health insurance contract for foreigners temporarily residing in Ukraine (to be executed in Ukraine);
10) 12 photos measuring 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
In order to obtain a temporary residence permit, foreigners and stateless persons submit the following documents to the State Migration Service of Ukraine:
1) the original notarized translation of the passport document into Ukrainian.
2) copies of all passport pages.
3) a valid health insurance policy for the entire period of study.
4) documents confirming the fact of education.
Documents on education issued abroad must be certified and legalized in accordance with the established procedure, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of Ukraine. Citizens of countries that are parties to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization of Foreign Public Documents (The Hague, 1961) are exempted from legalization of these documents with an apostille on them. All documents issued in foreign countries must be submitted with an officially certified translation into Ukrainian.
When admitting to study persons who submit a document on a degree (level) of education obtained abroad, the procedure for recognizing and establishing the equivalence of the Document is mandatory, which is carried out in accordance with the Procedure for the recognition of degrees of higher education obtained in foreign higher education institutions, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated May 05, 2015 No. 504, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 27, 2015 under No. 614/ 27059. The procedure for recognizing the Document for the purpose of continuing education is carried out by the State Enterprise “Information and Image Center” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine before the beginning of the second semester of the first year study of its holder.
