The Consultation Center of the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights provides assistance to citizens of Ukraine both online and offline in the following areas:
- Clarification of possible ways to return a child or families with children to territories under the control of the Government of Ukraine.
- Obtaining a birth certificate for a child in conditions of martial law or its legalization if the document was obtained in a territory not under the government's control.
- Establishing contact with a child taken abroad by one of the parents.
- Filling out a missing child form or application for assistance for children who have suffered injuries due to war.
- Other issues related to human rights violations.
