was born on September 13, 1958 in the village of Zasullia, Lubny district, Poltava region. Since 1984 he has been living in Poltava.

1989 - 1993 - Military Academy of Communications;

1999 - 2002 - Central Research Institute of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, PhD in Military Science;

2005 - Associate Professor of the Department of Combat Use of Communication Units of the Tactical Command and Control of the Poltava Military Institute of Communications.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

1975 - 2007 - Service in the Armed Forces;

2007 - 2017 - Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Corporate Management;

2017 - 2019 - Vice-Rector for Scientific, Pedagogical and Educational Work;

2019 - 2023 - Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Infrastructure Development;

2023 – to present - Vice-Rector for Scientific, Pedagogical and Educational Work.
