From July 18, 2022, on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, future entrants can receive comprehensive answers to the most relevant questions regarding admission to professional and higher education institutions. In cooperation with the Government Contact Center, a chatbot has been launched, which will become an online assistant for applicants and their parents in solving issues of the admission campaign – 2022.
By clicking on the "Ask a question" located in the lower right corner, entrants will be able to chat with qualified consultants who will help in solving any questions.
Consultations are provided by specialists promptly, information can be obtained through this service from Monday to Thursday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Friday (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
Please note that if you set up an automatic translation of page content from Ukrainian to any other language, the chat will be displayed in the selected language. To switch to the Ukrainian language, it is necessary to turn off the automatic page translation or change the corresponding settings in the browser settings.
Earlier, the government approved the volumes of the state order for training in professional and higher education institutions in 2022.
