National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” invites everyone interested to enroll in the first year of the university in any specialty at the educational levels “Bachelor” and “Master” in extramural and distance learning on the basis of a certificate of complete secondary education or a diploma of higher education (bachelor, specialist, and master).
The session of accepting applications and documents for education in free licensed places in extramural and distance forms at the expense of private and/or legal entities lasts until October 13, 2021. Entrance exams are held from October 15 to October 19. Publication of rating lists and provision of enrollment recommendations – October 20. Enrollment requirements are to be met until October 22. Enrollment at the expense of private and/or legal entities – October 25, additional enrollment in vacant places – no later than November 25.
Applications are submitted personally by entrants to the admissions committee of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” (room 123 of the University Central Building) together with a set of documents required:
- a copy of the document (one of the documents) certifying the person, which is provided by the Law “On the Unified State Demographic Register and documents confirming the citizenship of Ukraine, certifying the person or their special status”;
- a copy of the military registration document (for those subject to military service it is a military ticket or temporary certificate, and for conscripts it is a certificate of enlistment in conscription stations);
- a copy of the document of the state sample on the previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, on the basis of which the admission is made, and a copy of the appendix to it;
- a copy of the certificate (certificates) of external independent evaluation;
- four color photos measuring 3x4 cm.

For entrants who have a bachelor’s degree and want to enter the master’s program, a prerequisite for admission is a certificate of the Unified Entrance Examination (UEE) in a foreign language.
For entrants who already have a specialist or master’s degree, a UEE foreign language certificate is optional. The foreign language exam (in the form of computer-based testing) can be taken directly at the university.
