Vice-Rector for Scientific-Pedagogical and Educational Work of National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" Bohdan Korobko addressed the graduates with best wishes for professional growth, conveyed congratulations from the Rector Volodymyr Onyshchenko, presented diplomas for high academic achievements, active citizenship and invited the graduates to continue education at the Poltava Polytechnic, where we are ready to provide all necessary assistance to future entrants.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", General Director of LLC "NTP Burova Technika" Vitalii Vitryk rejoined on the success of young boys and girls, wishing them a successful career in the oil and gas industry, shared memories of his student years, because he is one of the first graduates of the Poltava Oil Geological Prospecting Technical School.
"50 graduates already work at oil and gas enterprises, create families, and raise children. Some of the young men protect us in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and in the ranks of territorial defense. Thanks to valiant soldiers, we have the opportunity to study and work directly at the college, because everyone has their own front. I wish graduates, despite the difficult conditions of today, to look to the future with optimism and confidently step towards the realization of their dreams!" – congratulated director Liubov Shumska.
College students conquered not only the peaks of knowledge, but also glorified the alma mater with their sports achievements, for which they were awarded the Rector's Citations:
Denys Ostapchenko, a graduate of the educational and professional program "Exploitation of oil and gas wells" – master of sports of Ukraine of the international class in swimming, two-time European champion, five-time medalist of the World Championship, gold, silver and bronze medalist of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. He received a diploma of junior specialist and plans to continue conquering sports peaks and get a higher education at the Poltava Polytechnic.
Anton Chuiko, a graduate of the educational and professional program "Drilling wells" – a master of sports, multiple champion of Ukraine in kettlebell sports, 2021 world champion among young men in kettlebell sports.
On behalf of all parents, the mother of Valeriia Pikalova – a student of the educational and professional program "Information and Communication Activities and Documentation Studies", Veronika Pikalova, thanked the administration and teachers for their professionalism in training future specialists.
