The Faculty of Law of Vilnius University supports Ukraine. Students, scientists and faculty administration have begun activities to provide assistance and support to Ukrainian students and lecturers. This was announced by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhii Shkarlet.
The university team plans:
- to provide an opportunity to continue their studies to students and postgraduate students of law faculties of higher education institutions of Ukraine – to invite Ukrainians to join the university community (they will be granted a scholarship and free accommodation);
- to offer online education (courses) to all students of law faculties of higher education institutions of Ukraine;
- to offer Ukrainian lecturers employment and accommodation;
- to create a center of Ukrainian law on the basis of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University for the development of knowledge, teaching and research opportunities.

In addition, the Vilnius University Legal Clinic will provide legal assistance and advice to all refugees arriving from Ukraine to Lithuania. On March 7, 2022, a "hotline" was set up for this purpose: +370 623 26 041.
