National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" provides an opportunity to study in Germany for one semester for students of the Educational and Research Institute of Architecture, Construction and Land Management. Requirements: German proficiency level – B2 recommended.
Poltava Polytechnic and the Technical University of Applied Sciences Lübeck (Technische Hochschule Lübeck) has an interesting history of scientific and educational collaboration. The University Cooperation Agreement has been in force since 2018. During this time, there were exchanges of practical experience of German specialists with students and staff of the Educational and Research Institute of Architecture, Construction and Land Management; workshops and interactive lectures by German scientists for polytechnic students. In the 2019/2020 academic year, the Erasmus+ academic exchange program opened up new opportunities and Vladyslav Kucherenko, a student of the specialty "Construction and Civil Engineering", went to study in Germany. Application admission for new participants is currently open.
Technical University of Applied Sciences Lübeck is a higher education institution founded in 1969 as a result of the merger of three engineering schools (School of Technology and Navigation, School of Construction and School of Engineering), although its history dates back to 1808. Today it is a promising and practice-oriented educational institution. The university offers 35 educational programs in such areas of study as: construction, architecture, business management, computer science, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. Researches are carried out in the fields of construction and civil engineering, urban planning, urban design and planning, sustainable construction technologies, water engineering, biomedical engineering, industrial biotechnology, plastics manufacturing and processing technologies. The attention is also paid to the environmental problems of the underwater world and its inhabitants.
