On April 15, a team of specialists from the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment prepared an explanation of the content, structure and evaluation of the block of national multi-subject testing on the history of Ukraine. Relevant information was published on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The content and form of test tasks of the national multi-subject test block on the history of Ukraine corresponds to the current program of external independent evaluation on the history of Ukraine and will cover topics provided for study by pupils in the school course of the discipline.
It is important to note the fact that the NMT block on the history of Ukraine will include tasks related to the historical period “History of Ukraine 1914 – early XXI century”, as these semantic components of the topic belong to the State Final Certification in the form of ZNO on Ukrainian history.
In total, the block of the national multi-subject test on the history of Ukraine contains 20 tasks, including:
- 15 tasks with the choice of one correct answer from four options;
- 5 tasks to establish compliance (you need to set 4 “logical pairs”).
Completion of tasks on the history of Ukraine will be assessed in accordance with the scoring scheme used during the external independent evaluation procedure:
- 1 test point will be awarded for each correct answer in the tasks with the choice of one correct answer;
- 1 test point can be obtained for each correctly defined logical pair in the tasks for establishing compliance.
In total, you can get from 0 to 35 points for the tasks of the NMT block on the history of Ukraine.
Entrants will learn their own result, i.e. the number of test points scored for correctly completed tasks, after completing all NMT blocks. Later, the result of each block will be converted on a scale of 100-200 points. To get the result, it will be enough to score at least one test point.
