On August 16, 2022, the submission of applications to the master's program for applicants based on bachelor's, specialist's, and master's diplomas begins.
"As of August 16, 2022, 85,900 electronic cabinets have been registered for admission to the master's degree. In the first hour, 2,442 electronic applications have already been received from entrants," – said on the Telegram channel Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhii Shkarlet.
There is a consultation center for applicants at the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic". The center’s specialists help applicants create a personal electronic account, explain the procedure for submitting documents and the features of admission to various specialties.
Acceptance of applications on budgetary and contractual basis will continue:
- until August 23 – for admission by individual oral interview;
- until September 15 – for admission by MTNK/MKT (UEE/UPEE) or a professional exam at an educational institution.
After that, it will be possible to submit applications only on a contractual basis: enrollment is possible until November 30. Enrollment in the budget will take place on September 25.
The deadlines for submission of budgetary basis applications for the participants of the MTNK/MKT special session will be announced separately in the near future.
The main questions to which we advise entrants to master's degrees to pay attention:
- the registration of electronic cabinets is not completed before the start of submitting applications: it lasts the entire period of accepting applications;
- after submitting the first application in the electronic account, it is impossible to change any information, in particular, the contact number or photo. Therefore, please check all data carefully;
- up to 5 applications can be submitted on a budgetary basis. In the specialty 081 "Law" and 293 "International Law" each of the applications must indicate a priority from 1 to 5. The first priority is the application that you want to study the most;
- if you are applying by MTNK/MKT, then you need to wait for the test results in the electronic cabinet to submit applications. It takes some time (about a week) after you take the test for processing and uploading the results to EDEBO;
- if you registered without a certificate (examination sheet) of MTNK/MKT, but plan to enter based on the results of these tests, then you need to add a certificate (examination sheet) already in the cabinet. Without it, the results will not be displayed;
- if you have previous years' UEE/UPEE results in a foreign language or law, one of the results of MKT/MTNK subjects can be replaced with a better UEE/UPEE result, if the difference does not exceed 15 points;
- a motivation letter must be attached to each application. The main recommendations in this regard are posted here.
