Procedure for Participating in the Competition for the Erasmus+ Academic Mobility Programme
The student contacts their graduating department to request consideration for participation in the programme.
The department compares the academic disciplines of the student's Ukrainian educational programme with the programme at the foreign higher education institution where the mobility is planned.
If the disciplines are compatible, the department prepares two official memos (according to the list of documents for mobility). It informs the dean's office of the need to issue a transcript of records.
Students for whom the department has not prepared two official memos, i.e., those who do not have supporting documents on the possibility of transferring learning outcomes, are not admitted to the English language test.

The costs of the visa (approximately €600) are not reimbursed by either university separately; however, the grant provided by the University of ZEALAND for Ukrainian participants in the mobility programme is sufficient for living and meals in Denmark, as well as for paying visa fees and other expenses.
Insurance: Upon arrival, students will receive free public health insurance in Denmark.
