A regular meeting of Euroclub “NEW STAR” was held at the Department of International Economic Relations and Tourism of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”.
Within the framework of the event, the coordinators of the Euroclub, Head of the Department of International Economic Relations and Tourism, Doctor of Economics, Professor Iryna Chychkalo-Kondratska and Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor Iryna Levchenko introduced the first-year students of speciality 292 International Economic Relations of Poltava Polytechnic to the main directions of the club’s activity and the opportunities for the participants, in particular, the direct cooperation with the EU Delegation to Ukraine.
The club members, third-year students majoring in 292 International Economic Relations of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law Mariia Sokol and Oleksandra Kurylo spoke to the freshmen as well. The international relations students prepared an educational and informative presentation on the opportunities of the Erasmus+ programme.
Mariia Sokol spoke about the possibilities of this programme for students of Poltava Polytechnic, and Oleksandra Kurylo shared her own experience of studying in Austria under the Erasmus+ mobility programme. In particular, the speaker presented the main advantages of the programme, described the requirements for the participants, as well as the peculiarities of studying at a foreign partner university.
Future professionals actively asked questions and discussed in detail the opportunities for the participants of Erasmus+ programmes.
It should be recalled that Euroclub was launched at Poltava Polytechnic and the president of Euroclub was chosen.
Recently, a scientist of Poltava Polytechnic became a speaker at a round table on European integration, and the members of Euroclub presented their reports at a conference dedicated to the development of the national economy in the context of globalisation.
