It is worth mentioning that the high-quality training of skilled specialists in translation studies and teaching foreign languages is one of the priorities of the multidisciplinary scientific and educational activities of our country’s multidisciplinary classical university, Poltava Polytechnic. A friendly circle of reliable stakeholders and partners of our university provides comprehensive support for the professional development of talented students, and one of the bright markers of the effectiveness of such cooperation is the close cooperation with the museum institutions of the city. That is why it has already become a good tradition for the academic staff and translation students of Faculty of Philology, Psychology and Pedagogy of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” to conduct practical classes on consecutive interpreting at the locations of city cultural institutions.

Together with the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Psychology and Pedagogy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of General Linguistics and Foreign Languages Anna Aheicheva, students had a great opportunity to improve their practical translation skills during a tour of the bright, spacious and cosy halls of the Art Museum (art gallery) named after Mykola Yaroshenko.
