Education is a human right, a public good and a state responsibility.
The holiday, first proclaimed in 2018 by the United Nations in order to celebrate the role of education for peace and development, emphasizes the importance of the millions of extraordinary individuals contribution – educators who, by their example of commitment to honorable mission, demonstrate to the whole world community how important education is for the development of the individual, as well as that it is on quality education that the national economy and the welfare of the country are based.
