Entrants who have not been able to register for the MTNK/MKT session will be able to do so on September 19. This decision was made by the Ministry of Education and Science, amending the Calendar plan of organizing and conducting in 2022 the comprehensive master's test and master's complex test. The special session is scheduled for September 29 – October 3.
Registration of persons wishing to participate in the MKT and MTNK is carried out by the admission committees of higher education institutions. There is a consulting assistance center for entrants at the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" in room 123 (central building). Consulting specialists help to create a personal e-cabinet, explain the procedure for submitting documents and peculiarities of admission to different specialties.
In order to register, the entrant must send scanned copies (photocopies) to the official e-mail address of the admission committee or using another communication channel, determined by the higher education institution:
- a completed application form with the information necessary for the examination of the exam sheet;
- an identification document;
- a taxpayer registration card (except for persons who, because of their religious beliefs, refuse to receive the registration number of the taxpayer registration card);
- a certificate issued at the place of study regarding the planned completion of training and obtaining a diploma in the year of entry (if the data of the person have not yet been entered to the EDEBO);
- a document on the degree of higher education obtained (educational qualification level) (for persons who have completed their studies in the past years);
- a medical report in the form of primary accounting documentation 086-3/o (if necessary, creating certain (special) conditions for passing the MKT/MTNK).
When filling out the application form with the information necessary for the examination of the exam sheet, the potential master’s student must indicate the settlement in which they want to pass the MTNK/MKT.
In case of successful registration, the participant will be sent a scanned copy of the examination letter and the registration card to the e-mail address specified in the application form. The original exam sheet will be stored in the admission committee. If errors are found in the examination sheet, the entrant must contact the admission committee.
If the scanned copies of the exam sheet and registration card are not received at the address indicated in the application form, the entrant must contact the admission committee to which the registration documents for appropriate explanations were sent. If, however, during the verification of the documents it is established that the person is not entitled to participate in the competitive selection, then the representative of the admission committee will send a notification of refusal to register with the reason for the refusal to the email address from which the documents were received.
For each participant who received the examination sheet, an information page "The entrant's cabinet" is created on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, which is accessed by the examination sheet and the PIN code specified therein.
It should be recalled that this year, for the master's degree, future lawyers will take a master's complex test, and to obtain a master's degree in the specialties of knowledge 05 "Social and behavioral sciences", 06 "Journalism", 07 "Management and Administration", 28 "Public Administration and Governance", 29 "International Relations" (except for the specialty 293 "International Law"), it is necessary to take a master's test of academic competence.
