High-quality education and close interaction with stakeholders in order to prepare competitive graduates who will be in demand in the modern labor market is one of the priorities of National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic".
On June 9, as part of the agreement on scientific and educational cooperation between the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" and the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Poltava region, a working meeting of graduation year students of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law of the Poltava Polytechnic was held with head of the Human Resources Department of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Poltava region Volodymyr Lytvynenko. The expert noted the high level of training of Poltava Polytechnic graduates who are already working in the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Poltava Region and invited university students to join the young qualified innovative team of the State Tax Service.
After a detailed introduction to the features and procedures of work in the State Tax Service, the structure of the Main Department of the STS in the Poltava region, the ethical principles of the tax inspector’s work, the students had the opportunity to ask the speaker the most pressing questions. Those present were particularly interested in the employment procedure, conditions for public service in the tax authorities of Ukraine, and opportunities for career growth.
Deputy Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Yevheniia Karpenko expressed her sincere gratitude to the employees of the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Poltava region for their comprehensive support to university initiatives, involvement in the educational process and active participation in the successful employment of graduates of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economics, Management and Law.
Previously, university students mastered effective cases of modern business, a representative of LLC "Ukrainian Energy Exchange" shared with students effective cases of anti-crisis management in the field of the energy market, scientists, students and practitioners exchanged useful cases in the field of public administration on the basis of the Department of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service in the Poltava region.
