The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance implements an accreditation system for educational programs, based on European standards and best world practices. A key element of the accreditation of educational programs is the assessment of the higher education institution's activities under the given program by an independent expert group.
In order to ensure the availability of qualified experts in all specialties, the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance announced additional competitive recruitment of experts in all educational and professional areas.
Application forms are accepted until November 30, 2022 by filling out the corresponding application in electronic form.
Candidates for educational experts in the application process submit a motivational letter, a resume, a document confirming the status of a scientific and pedagogical worker (certificate from the place of work), a diploma on the award of a scientific degree, a certificate of academic rank, a diploma on basic higher education and justification of your expertise in each of the chosen specialties.
The selection and formation of the register of experts will take place in several stages:
- analysis of applications and documents;
- telephone interview if necessary;
- training: online course and testing, training with the recommendation of each candidate;
- approval of experts by the decision of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, publication of the decision on the official website of the Agency and notification of the selected experts by e-mail.
The expert's duties include evaluating the self-assessment information submitted by the higher education institution for compliance of this program with the criteria set forth in the Regulation on Accreditation of Educational Programs.
Among the prospects of expert activity offered by NAQA are:
- the opportunity to be directly involved in improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine and its European integration;
- training and consulting experts in various formats;
- organizational support for examinations, where the whole process takes place in a modern, independent, transparent, automated platform;
- professional assistance in improving the report, which becomes the further public basis of the entire case, as a thorough recommendation feedback-review of the experts' report;
- fee for high-quality work performed without leaving the main place of work or study.
