On 5 December the official delegation of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” congratulated the strategic partner, Białystok University of Technology, on its 75th anniversary. Dean of Faculty of Philology, Psychology and Pedagogy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Anna Aheicheva and Head of the Department of General Linguistics, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Alla Bolotnikova conveyed the words of congratulations from Rector of Poltava Polytechnic, Doctor of Economics, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko to Rector of Białystok University of Technology, Professor Marta Kosior-Kazberuk. Volodymyr Onyshchenko noted that Białystok University of Technology is celebrating its anniversary as a recognised leader in higher education, one of the leading educational and research centres of the Republic of Poland, the alma mater of talented people, professionals and patriots. A modern innovative approach to the organisation of the educational process and an effective management system allow the Polish university to successfully and creatively fulfil not only the noble and responsible tasks of training specialists, but also the education of the younger generation. Volodymyr Onyshchenko is confident that the traditions established at Bialystok University of Technology will be preserved for many years, and the graduates will be an example of professionalism and competence, contributing to the prosperity and development of Poland.
The delegation from Poltava expressed their sincere wishes to Białystok University of Technology for new scientific achievements and discoveries, interesting ideas and their successful implementation, preservation and increase of the accumulated unique experience, optimism, talented and dedicated students, professional graduates, worthy continuation and development of the university’s glorious traditions!
Dean Anna Aheicheva emphasised that the team of Poltava Polytechnic was deeply grateful to our Polish friends for their openness and willingness to cooperate, since the common goal of polytechnics is to provide quality education and research that is important not only for Ukraine and Poland, but for the whole world. The long-lasting cooperation between Poltava and Bialystok Universities is a vivid example of how international cooperation can contribute to the development of education and science.
