In accordance with the Memorandum on scientific and educational cooperation between the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" and the Public Union "Kharkiv Information Technology Cluster" on the professional development of teachers of IT disciplines, scientific and pedagogical employees of the Department of Computer and Information Technologies and Systems of the Poltava Polytechnic Olena Dvirna, Kseniia Verhal and Olena Haitan completed a three-month professional development course on "Introduction to Python programming for Big Data and Data Science", conducted by Technical Trainer of the international IT company Grid Dynamics Antonina Bondarchuk.
During three months of intensive training, the teachers updated their knowledge of Data Science methods and algorithms, and the participants completed the course by submitting a final project on the application of intelligent analysis mechanisms to solve applied problems of big data processing and obtaining relevant certificates.
The scientists of the Poltava Polytechnic express their sincere gratitude to the university's partners – Kharkiv IT Cluster, IT company Grid Dynamics and coach Antonina Bondarchuk for a useful course and significant contribution to the development of IT education.
