The head of the Poltava city territorial community, Oleksandr Mamai, awarded the senior teacher of the Department of Physical Therapy and Ergotherapy, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, the Master of Sport of International Class of Ukraine in powerlifting, the silver medalist of the European Championship in the classic bench press among women Oksana Hordiienko with a Citation for her significant personal contribution to the development of physical culture and sports in the city of Poltava. According to the head of the community, with their own victories and achievements on the international arena, the athletes of the Poltava region make a significant contribution to our common Victory, demonstrating to the world their indomitability and excellent physical form.
“We are proud of our sportsmen and -women who are winning on the sports fronts. I thank Oksana for her great achievements and I wish her new victories and accomplishments,” – thanked Oleksandr Mamai.
It should be recalled that a Polytechnic teacher won a silver medal at the European Powerlifting Championship, the Minister of Education and Science congratulated the Polytechnic students – winners of the European Universities Games 2022, and a modern multifunctional sports ground was opened at the Poltava Polytechnic.
