The All-Ukrainian eSports tournament “Charity Tournament CS2 5X5” was held on the FACEIT gaming platform in the 5x5 format, which was attended by students of Ukrainian higher educational institutions and colleges. A total of 8 teams took part in the tournament.
The winner of the tournament was the team of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, which demonstrated a well-coordinated team play.
The team of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” included:
- Kristina Herko, student of group 304-TN, Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics;
- Volodymyr Zhuk, student of group 201-NT, Educational and Research Institute of Oil and Gas;
- Yehor Vlasenko, student of group 201-TK, Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics;
- Dmytro Rybalko, student of group 201-TK, Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics;
- Vladyslav Krupchenko, student of group 202-TN, Educational and Research Institute of Information Technologies and Robotics.
The prize fund of the tournament the winning team donated to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Recently, a charity volleyball tournament in memory of the fallen defenders of Ukraine was held at the Polytechnic.
