Students of the specialization No. 08 Law, faculty members of Public Administration and Law Department of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”, representatives of state government bodies, and specialists of legal services in Poltava region joined the celebration of the lawyers’ professional holiday.
“The difficult and at once interesting profession of a lawyer contributes to building strong connections between the legislative activity and real legal practice, and the experience gathered through dutiful work, continuous self-development, is shared with those who will continue your work. In working with youth, we hope that the joined efforts will allow us build a strong state governed by the rule of law. May inspiration, energy, optimism and success in professional activity attend you!” PhD in Public Administration, Associate Professor of Public Administration and Law Department of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” Inna Kulchii greeted the participants.
Due to the lockdown, the communication with guests and the discussion-training “The peculiarities of legal practical activity organization in state government bodies” were held online in Zoom. Students of Poltava Polytechnic joined the event. The invited speakers included Maryna Botsva (Deputy Head of Law Department of the North-Eastern Office of the State Audit Service of Ukraine in Poltava Oblast), Oksana Atamaniuk (Head of Poltava regional department of the National Service of Mediation and Reconciliation), Oleksandr Baibara (Lead Specialist of the Department of State Ecological Control of Waste and Chemical Substance Treatment of the Ecological Control Bureau in Poltava Oblast).
The specialists presented about the peculiarities of legal activity in controlling state government bodies, the ways of solving collective labour disputes, shared their own experience of working at state services and in legal field in general.
