From October 12 to 17, 2026, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, together with the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, and partner organizations, is organizing a comprehensive series of online events as part of the anniversary All-Ukrainian #ErasmusDays2026.
Marking the 10th anniversary of the initiative, this year’s edition is dedicated to essential skills for the modern world and is held under the motto “Learning and Growing: Competences for the Future”, aligned with the European Union of Skills initiative. The main objective is to bolster resilience, foster professional growth, and develop specialized competences among educators and youth amidst the green and digital transitions.
Institutional Erasmus+ coordinators, academic and pedagogical staff, international relations officers, project teams, postgraduate researchers, and students are invited to participate.
Amid current challenges, integration into the European research and education area stands as a cornerstone of Ukraine’s resilience, modernization, and post-war recovery. The EU Erasmus+ Programme remains an unprecedented instrument for supporting our academic community, offering tangible opportunities to adopt innovative practices, reinforce institutional capacities of universities, and build long-term international partnerships. Hosting such large-scale events reaffirms that, despite the war, Ukrainian education and science not only persevere, but steadily move forward, adapt to global trends, and remain an active contributor to the worldwide intellectual dialogue.
Such events are crucial for cultivating the next generation of human capital. For students and early-career researchers, this represents an opportunity to acquire up-to-date skills relevant to the digital and green transitions, experience a sense of belonging to the European student body, and shape their professional pathways. For educators, researchers, and university leadership, it serves as a unique practical platform for networking, synergy, examining successful case studies, and identifying effective solutions for implementing international projects under today's complex conditions. #ErasmusDays brings together expertise and motivation, transforming challenges into catalysts for qualitative change.
