The video should be no more than three or four minutes, recorded in English, filmed horizontally. The organizers recommend that after the presentation, it is necessary to tell on their own example what great damage the criminal Russian aggression has done to Ukrainian science, as well as to appeal with a request to influence their government leaders to resolve the issue of NATO's closure of sky over Ukraine and the supply of latest offensive weapons systems.

"During the nationwide struggle against the Russian occupiers, it is difficult to overestimate the support provided to Ukraine by the countries of the free world. But despite its undeniably unprecedented volume, it cannot fully satisfy us. So far, the issue of supplying a number of modern types of weapons has not been resolved, and most importantly – providing the regime of closed sky, that would allow the heroic Armed Forces to immediately expel ruscist aggressors from Ukrainian land.
There is no doubt that the governments of NATO member states need to make it clear that Ukraine is not only fighting for its existence, but is saving the whole of Europe and the world from further aggression by a mad Russian dictator. And this can be greatly supported by Western fellow scientists, whose voice is traditionally significant for democratic governments.
Numerous official appeals of Ukrainian scientific institutions and higher education institutions to the world scientific community have already been made. Significant results have been achieved: Ukrainian scholars have already been provided with pocket assistance, an understanding of Western colleagues about the inadmissibility of cooperating with representatives of the aggressor country has been formed, and a categorical condemnation of the Russian Federation's war crimes on the territory of sovereign Ukraine has been proclaimed. But, as it turns out, this is not enough. We must tell the world about the terrible genocide against the Ukrainian people in general and against scientists in particular. To this end, we consider it appropriate to ask you to record your video appeals to the Western scientific community, asking to influence the state leadership of their countries in order to provide effective assistance in stopping the genocide of the Ukrainian people by Hitler's Russian successors. Every story must be heard. This is not just a story, but a testimony.
