On December 19, at the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", pupils of the Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children of the Mr. Leader University and the children from internally displaced families celebrated St. Nicholas Day.
The winter holiday was prepared by parents, educators of the center and entertainers from the "Giraffe" playroom, who arranged a spectacular adventure for children, full of games and fun.
The participants of the event were greeted by the Rector of National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic", Doctor of Economics, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko and Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Psychology and Pedagogy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Anna Aheicheva.
"Winter time has come – the time of miracles and the fulfillment of the innermost desires, which all children are waiting for. Despite the war, we must do everything possible to ensure that our children have a happy childhood, and no enemy should prevent this.
We sincerely thank our defenders – the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Together with St. Nicholas, they are doing everything so that parents can give their children childhood, smiles and the best future!" – greeted the audience the rector of the university Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
For 2 and a half months of work, the pupils of the Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children of Poltava Polytechnic have achieved great success, learned a lot of material, and most importantly, they became a real team.
When the air raid alarm sounded, the celebration continued in a safe shelter. Children rejoiced at the gifts, and parents were pleased with the happy smiles of their children.
Recently, the Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children of Poltava Polytechnic celebrated its first month of work.
