Despite the introduction of martial law and active hostilities on the territory of our country, the StartUp school of the All-Ukrainian Innovation Ecosystem “Sikorsky Challenge Ukraine” is operating on the basis of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” – a place for informal communication, the search for ideas and personal development, which provides the opportunity to pass training for everyone who wants to start their own business, but does not know where to start and how to develop further.
During their studies, students will be able to receive advice from leading business coaches, help in forming a business idea, and will have space to work on their startup projects. Upon completion of training, participants will receive appropriate certificates.
At the StartUp School of the Poltava Polytechnic, participants will learn to:
- generate creative ideas;
- evaluate and select innovative ideas for implementation in the StartUp format;
- develop business models in the StartUp format;
- build partnerships and conduct business negotiations;
- choose effective forms of capital attraction;
- defend their business interests before investors;
- present business ideas to investors, suppliers, and consumers;
- correctly choose the target audience and means of communication;
- promote projects using effective branding;
- form programs of social responsibility and loyalty of StartUp.

Recently, the founder of the brand Mr. Leader visited the Center for Education and Care of Preschool Children of the Poltava Polytechnic, leading expert in the field of energy Yevhen Palienka gave a lecture on the economic factors of the modern oil and gas production business, and the university conducted a gender audit and implemented the educational project “Profession by vocation, not by stereotype”.
