Student Parliament accepts applications for additional points for scholarships

The reception of online applications for additional points for the appointment of academic scholarships to students has begun. Achievements for the first academic semester of the 2021-2022 academic year will be taken into account. Applications are accepted until December 29 inclusive.

Student Parliament accepts applications for additional points for scholarships

The Student Parliament of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” informs about the procedure for submitting an application for additional points to the rating for receiving academic scholarship.

Students fill in the electronic version of the application for additional points – the Form for taking into account additional points when determining the rating for the appointment of an academic scholarship.

Additional points to the rating for the appointment of an academic scholarship take into account the student’s achievements in scientific, scientific and technical, public and sports activities. Achievements for the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year are taken into account, namely, from July 1, 2021 to the date of submission of the application for additional points.

The Student Parliament approved the following schedule:

from 15 to 29 December (inclusive) 2021 – submission of documents via the Google Form service;

December 30, 2021 – informing students via e-mail about the acceptance of the application for processing (confirmation letter);

from December 30, 2021 to January 9, 2022 – processing of documents by the working group of the Student Parliament;

from January 10 to 14, 2022 – approval of additional points for students by an extended meeting of the Students’ Self-Government of the university.

On December 30, students who apply for additional points will receive an e-mail response from the Student Parliament Working Group – this will be an official confirmation that your application has been accepted. If there is no confirmation, you must immediately write to the e-mail of the Student Parliament or notify the head of the Student Council.

Attention: to confirm the identity of the student, one must submit a scanned copy of the document confirming one’s status as a university student (student card, student’s record book).
