You can apply for a scholarship by mail (the date is determined by the stamp on the envelope of the mailing).
You can also submit documents in person against the personal signature of a contact person, indicating the date and time of receipt.
The package of documents is submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in both electronic and paper forms (documents are sent in both versions).
Scanned documents (PDF format) should be sent electronically to olha.kotova@mon.gov.ua and Grants.Ukraine@mzv.gov.cz. The subject line of the email should read “Summer Schools of Slavonic Studies 2024”.
The deadline for submitting documents prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Czech side is 22 March 2024.
It should be recalled that a student-translator of Poltava Polytechnic became a scholarship holder of the Czech government and studied Czech as part of the Summer School of Slavonic Studies.
Recently, Vilnius University of Applied Sciences invited teachers of Poltava Polytechnic to take part in online seminars on sustainable development, and scientists of Polytechnic were invited to take part in an international event at the Romanian partner university of “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu.
