Given the legal regime of martial law caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation, the aggressiveness of Russian military and terrorist groups towards the national education and science system, we suggest to abolish the State Final Examination (SFE/DPA), external independent evaluation (ZNO), Unified Entrance Examination (UEE) and Unified Professional Entrance Examination (UPEE) as a competitive criterion for access to educational services.
“Such a decision is difficult, but necessary! Our main task is to reduce any stress for children. They are going through a difficult period today, and we must make every effort to alleviate it even a little bit,” – stressed the minister.
Serhii Shkarlet also noted that the abolition of ZNO is necessary today to preserve the student body, national intellectual potential, incentives to study in Ukraine, even in such a difficult time for our country and society.
Recently, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine made an announcement on the organization of educational process in educational institutions.
