In connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science informs about the postponement of the submission of annual reports.
In particular, the deadlines for submitting reports on the following are postponed:
- directions of use of the means received as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the state budget, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.04.2013 №300 and payment of remuneration to authors of technologies and/or their components, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.05.2013 №351;
- influence of activities in the field of technology transfer on the financial condition of enterprises, institutions and organizations in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.12.2019 №1030;
- state of scientific and scientific-technical activity, state of innovation and activity in the field of technology transfer, realization of priority directions of science and technology development, realization of medium-term priority directions of state-level innovation activity in 2021 according to the forms approved by the Decree of Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine of 11.01.2012 №10, registered with the Ministry of Justice on 30 January 2012 under №145/20459;
- providing state support for the development of critical technologies in the field of armaments and military equipment, approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2017 №600-r.
The new deadlines for submitting annual reports will be announced additionally.
