The first autumn day is special for all participants of the educational process.
For our freshmen, it is the start of a crucial period of life when you choose not only your future profession but also your destiny. I want the boys and girls who chose Poltava Polytechnic, a Ukrainian university of the European standard, to be happy. I am sure that it will be like that!
For senior students, master’s students, postgraduate students, doctoral students, Knowledge Day is a new impulse to multiply the knowledge they have already gained and another reason to think about future scientific discoveries. So be successful in your perseverance!
For the academic staff, the first of September marks the beginning of a small stream that will turn into a turbulent river over the course of two academic semesters, along which our students’ boats will move towards their high goals. Colleagues! May you succeed!
My special word is to the parents of our students. Thank you for raising patriots of Ukraine, thank you for your children choosing Ukrainian universities, projecting their future at home, in their native land.
As Rector and as the father of this year’s freshman, I promise you that your children are in good hands, and their intellect, spirit and strength will be reinforced within the walls of Poltava Polytechnic. Professionals are born at Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic!
