Triumph on the World Stage: Poltava Polytechnic Team Becomes World Champion in Kettlebell Lifting!

Students of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” achieved an outstanding victory at the World Kettlebell Lifting Championship, which took place in Poland. Among 400 participants from 27 countries, the Poltava team confidently claimed first place, reaffirming their status as leaders of international sport.

Triumph on the World Stage: Poltava Polytechnic Team Becomes World Champion in Kettlebell Lifting!

The World Kettlebell Lifting Championship held in Kalisz (the Republic of Poland) brought together more than 400 athletes from 27 countries. Ukraine was proudly represented by the national team of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic”. Once again, our student athletes demonstrated a high level of preparation, endurance, and unbreakable spirit, winning dozens of medals and earning global recognition.

A true star of the championship was Yelyzaveta Myrna, a student of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports (501-FS group), who won four gold medals and fulfilled the qualification standard of Master of Sports of Ukraine, International Class (MSUIC).

Equally impressive results were shown by Arina Dymarchuk, a student of 201-EMl group of the Educational and Research Institute of Finance, Economy, Management and Law, who won two gold and one silver medal, demonstrating exceptional strength and technique.

A significant contribution to the team’s overall victory was made by Oleksandr Svyrydenko (501-FS), who won four gold and one silver medal, and Oleksandr Tsybulko (501-FS), who earned one gold and one silver medal and also achieved the MSUIC qualification.

Among the champions of Poltava Polytechnic were Artem Dulenko (501-FS), who won three gold and one silver medal; Stanislav Kovtsur (104-NG, Faculty of Oil and Gas Engineering), who received two gold and one silver medal; and Maksym Marchenko (101-EMm, Faculty of Finance, Economy, Management and Law), who brought home a silver medal.

A true leader among the athletes was Valerii Kolomiiets (202-FS, Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports), who earned four gold, one silver, and one bronze medal, confirming his outstanding mastery and unwavering competitive spirit.

Thanks to their brilliant performances, the team of National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” took first place in the overall team standings, demonstrating strength, unity, and team spirit.
