The experience of each Diia user is important to the Ministry of Digital Transformation team, so experts have added a new service to the application – service quality assessment. From now on, one can share feedback and help make the app work better.
"To build the most convenient digital state in the world, we are constantly improving the quality of services. To do this, it is necessary to receive feedback from users. Therefore, we launched a service quality assessment in Diia so that everyone can share their own experience of receiving services. First, we launch a pilot assessment on one service – an extract about the place of residence. Then we scale to the rest. Each assessment is your contribution to better interaction with Diia," – noted Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
The first services that you can evaluate are the exchange of light bulbs and an extract about the place of residence. The service works very simply. You order a service, receive a result, and then receive a push notification with an offer to rate the service. Put the appropriate emoji in the rating from 1 to 5, choose the proposed answer and, if desired, add a comment about what you liked and what you didn't like. That's all.
Then the received information is displayed on dashboards. The team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation draws up a map of the service’s emotions, conducts analytics and determines what can be changed and improved. Yes, your emoji alone can improve receiving a service in Diia.
To use the service, update the app.
The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the support of the Diia Support Project, which is implemented by the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine with the support of Sweden.
It should be recalled that the Ministry of Digital Transformation is launching a large-scale free crypto-literacy course.
Earlier, the recruitment of participants for the "Youth in TransfnormAction" training course in Italy was announced, a series of online trainings on information hygiene InfoLight.UA, Coursera and Udemy invite those who wish to improve their English language skills, and Ukrainian youth are invited to participate in Euroschool-2023.
