Winners of the social advertising contest “Don’t look for happiness beyond the seas” for schoolchildren are awarded

This year, for the anniversary of Hryhorii Skovoroda, the Department of Education and Science of the Poltava Regional Military Administration launched a social advertising competition for schoolchildren “Don’t look for happiness beyond the seas”. The jury selected the best works and a solemn awarding ceremony was held on the main stage of the Poltava Polytechnic.

The competition commission received 120 works from 5 regions of Ukraine in the format of videos, banners and animations.

The authors of the best works were awarded by the head of the Poltava RMA Dmytro Lunin, the first deputy chairman of the Poltava Regional Council Oleksandr Lemeshko, and the chairman of the Poltava Regional Council Commission on Education and Science, Oleh Didenko.

In the nomination “Creative format” the victory was gained by Sofiia Danyleyko, Viktoriia Naumova and Daniil Berezhynskyi – students of the 11th grade of the Poltava Lyceum No. 31 of the Poltava City Council.

In the nomination “Video” the victory was gained by Vladyslava Skydan – a student of the 11th grade of the Rudenkiv Lyceum of the Novi Sanzhary Settlement Council.

In the nomination “Banner” the victory was gained by Svitlana Chenakalova – a 10th-grade student of the Municipal Institution “Poltava Secondary School of I-III Grades No. 27 of the Poltava City Council of the Poltava Region”.

The special prize of the competition was presented to the talented student youth by the Deputy Director of Foreign Economic Activities of the UGTC Trade company Pavlo Nahornyi. The award from business – the company UGTC Trade was presented to the work of students of the 11th grade of secondary school of I-III degrees No. 1 of the Horishni Plavni City Council of the Kremenchuk district of the Poltava region – Nikita Naumov, Danylo Yancha, Artem Demchenko and Yaroslav Sorochan.

“Skovoroda’s philosophy opens up new meanings and gives creative space to talented compatriots!

We are not only the strongest, but also the most creative!” – commented the rector of the university, Professor Volodymyr Onyshchenko.

The very same day, the I stage of the All-Ukrainian competition for the defence of scientific research papers of students-members of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the 2022-2023 academic year took place on the basis of the Poltava Polytechnic – the names of the winners among the students of the Poltava community became known.
