The aim of the Department headed by Volodymyr Hryshko is to train management professionals who have an active social position, modern competencies, and are able to solve complex professional problems and ensure the effectiveness of management systems.

The Department of Management and Logistics ensures the quality of the educational process in close connection with research and educational activities.

The Department's research is carried out in the main areas corresponding to the educational programs in the specialty 073 "Management", which provide professional training for higher education applicants:

  • modern management technologies in the context of increasing innovative competition of enterprises; innovation and investment mechanisms for implementing the strategy of socio-economic development: macro-, meso- and micro-levels; problems of sustainable development in the context of digital transformation of the economy (security aspect);
  • innovative approaches to the management of logistics systems in various fields of activity, scientific and practical approaches to assessing the logistics potential of enterprises;
  • adaptation of the organizational and economic management mechanism to changes in the external environment.

The Department of Management and Logistics has many areas of international activity and is constantly working to expand the geography of international cooperation in order to find new opportunities for its development in the international educational process. A clear confirmation of this fact is the increase in the level of academic mobility of students and the steady interest of teachers in international grant projects, participation in international conferences abroad, etc.
