The Department of Ukrainian Studies, Culture and Documentation actively works with foreign students not only during the educational process, ensuring the mastering in Ukrainian (Russian) as a foreign language, but also in non-auditing time. Thus, the teachers of the department organized the provision of consultations for improving the quality of knowledge in Ukrainian (Russian) as a foreign language, and actively working on the development of manuals in a foreign language.
The Olympiad in Ukrainian (Russian) as a Foreign Language is held annually.
The educational work is actively being implemented, in particular, the traditional annual Days of the native language, where foreign students learn about the culture, history, customs and traditions of their Motherland in Ukrainian.
