Communication was established with the NGO "Ukrainian Historical Society in Poland" (an email was sent) regarding the reading of separate lectures on the history of Ukraine and Ukrainians for students of the specialty 029 Information, library and archival affairs (perhaps also some other specialties) in accordance with the proposal of the NGO itself (letter MES of Ukraine from 04/14/2022).
From February to December 2022, associate professor of the department Iryna Denysovets took part in the work of the grant-making organization Virtual Exchange Program. Global Conversations UA-US (College of Santa Fe, USA).
On December 11, 2022, associate professor of the department Ludmyla Cherednyk took part in the work of the Second World Forum of Ukrainian Studies educational institutions "Education is the power of Ukraine!", organized by the International Institute of Education, Culture and Relations with the Diaspora together with the World Federation of Ukrainian Women's Organizations (WFUZHO) and the World Congress of Ukrainians.

Scientific publications
Scientific and pedagogical staff of the department participate in international scientific conferences and are actively published in publications included in international scientometric databases, including Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection's. Only during 2018-2023, 6 articles were published in Scopus and 21 articles in Web of Science Core Collection's. Five members of the department have Certificates of foreign language proficiency at the B2 level
